strawberry jam...

                                 Mash about 4 cups of strawberries to make 2 cups of mashed strawberries

                                       Add 4 cups of sugar and let it set for 10 minutes

                                                 stir it up really good !!!!

                                         mix the pectin in a pan... yes its too big and I need new pans...

                                         pour the pectin in to the mashed strawberries and let it set for 3 minutes

Pour the strawberry jam in to freezer containers and let it set on the counter for 24 hours... then

put it in the freezer.... warning... hubs will eat one of these in a week!!!!
