vacay!

Its getting hot in Cville, Ok... hubs is ready to go on a vacation... SWA had a birthday bash today with unbelievable prices! Round trip to Denver for both of us $330! OMG we are going
We will stay at the Rapids Lodge/Cabin. They have the best food and its right by the river...

This is the town... boardwalks, and you can walk everywhere. I love it. It had a repertory theater, lot to do and just relax. We will spend some time in the Rocky Mnt Forest and just chill!

This is the cabin I hope to secure tomorrow. Wish me luck.......

Rainy days and Wednesdays always...shop!

Rainy days always make me online shop... today it was for Payton Grace! Yep, she will be my great niece, but her momma- my niece is more like me, than her momma- my sister, so I guess Payton Grace is really more like mine! hehehehe love how I made that right up

Anyhow LOOK at all this baby bling things! Kristyn- Payton's momma is not, I repeat NOT blingy, neither is my sister... but hold on .... Nienie P- that me.... oh honey I am all about blingy! So Payton Grace will have bling! I mean she lives in Texas... she must have bling!

Good Lordy, those little pink tenny shoes are $96.00. hold on... can I make them????? and that baby wipe case is a bit over the top even for me!


Look at these. they are ADORABLE! I mean it girls! I love them something fierce. But, I already have spent soooooooooooo much on Payton and she isnt even born yet. oh heavens. I haven't even ordered her Tiffany's gift yet!

Now, what little girl wouldn't like a pink poodle in her room. Payton's daddy... would crap in his wranglers if I sent this! He is a cowboy and would rather she have a horse in her room.... watch out... Christmas is coming Nolan!!!! hehehehe!

Now back to the she almost mine story.... see I have 2 boys. My sister has a boy and girl. The girl Kristyn is much more like me than my sister. We think alike, act alike, have the same "issues", see is crafty like moi.

Now the Nienie P name.... Shayne, Kristyn's brother used to call me Aunt TT. Well, we all know in Texas that TT mean pee, pee! I can't be aunt TT/pee pee! So going with Queenie P I will be Nieie P... you get it dont you? I knew you would.

Off to get ready to go to OK Mozart. Its suppose to be at Woolaroc- Bville, outside. Its been raining her for days, so now its inside! Thanks you God.... I hate sitting outdoors with mosquitoes and portable toilets.

brain drain...birthday

So this is where my brain is right now...

I went to get the 'call back' mammogram today. The lovely tech took 2 views and then ran them to the radiologist while I waited.... back for 2 more with a magnifing disc, run those in- but she gave me a magazine to look at... right.... came back and took 3 more.... finally I got to leave... my mind is racing and I have made my own diagnosis in my head. Luckly, my MD is in the same bldg... they know me well and so I ran by and had a chat. I got an Rx for zanax- yep I was shaking in my flip flops... She read the report and had it to me online before I got home...

Anyway:
Seem that my lymph node in the R breast has some issues. I dont get the report. My sister listened as I read itto her on the phone- she an old retired tech- she gets it and tells me that the lymph node has some issues... the radiologist wants to me to come back in 6 mos to see if there is any difference.
HOWEVER, she doesnt know the real me! I will have videos for all the kids milestone, a funeral planned, and various other items prepared. I already have a pounding headache and have 'spazrea'... our family defination for me when I have the runs from being spastic....So I will see a surgeon within a couple of weeks and get an opinion from her. I guess most people could live with the report but I want to know whats there and how to get it out of me....

I know God doesnt give you more than you can handle... but I really dont want to see if I could handle something. I know there are tons of people that would be delighted with this mammogram since the have either stage 3 or 4 cancer. I also know my dad died from cancer at 58, so thats always in the back of my head.. thats why I need to have this decided now and not in 6 mos.


So happy birthday to me and I will eat lots of cake, drink lots of water and take a couple of zanax - or as my sister calls them- my dont give a shit pills!

Off to Paris... get your things... its my birthday

Oh girls... we need a girlfriend getaway...come on I will pay... Pack light we are going in this car once we get to Paris... is that a great place to go for the week? Because its my birthday week. Yep, I have a birthday all week long...

I saw this little apt for our weekend stay... we can stay In the quaint town and walk to supper and even to town to do some shopping... don't worry I will buy everything you want... hmmm, I wonder who has walked along these roads... perhaps royalty, a knight, a fair maiden, but for now It will be for us!

Oh, I am soooo hungry. lets stop at this little bistro and have some croissants, coffee, and a bit of dessert! We can stay all day and people watch, visit and just relax...

This is where we will stay for the remainder of our week. We are in the middle of Paris... look out the window and you can see the Eiffel Tower, the maid and butler will take wonderful care of us.... would you like a cook also! Oh, he/she will only use the best butter and cheese for us!

Tomorrow will will shop on the Rue de Paris! Spend some time at the spa and also shop for some lovely shoes and purses.... Oh yea we need to run by and get some yummies from the bakery! Masion Kayser is a lovely bakery....

Friday night funnies

I FOUND THE DRESS... yep this one I wanted for Lance and Laura's wedding next spring... It was on sale for 50% off..... yippee its now in the mail to me!!!!!!!

Oh lets see what has happened in the past week...

- grammer had a stroke and we almost lost her... she is ready to go to heaven

- I made a fast trip to OKC to see grammer...

-Kristyn- my niece was rear-ended and sent her to the hospital, yep the one that is 6 mos pregnant... she and Payton are home and great.

-hubs and I did the offering for 3 nights at Okla Annual Methodist Conference at BAUMC...

- hubs and I worked the catering kitchen and served 6 catered meals during 2 days at conference...

- my mammogram came back with some questions.... I go back next week... yep, I crappin out!

- started summer camp at New Haven... lots of fun, but hot hot hot

- bought too much stuff to take to Houston for Payton Grace...

- nice pedicure for moi

-ran errand today....

- hopefully next week will be a bit slower
